Connect your calendar

Use Google Calendar or Outlook to block conflicts and keep assistant bookings in the calendar you choose.

Connect a calendar

The assistant checks connected calendars before it offers a time. Your Primary calendar receives new assistant bookings, while the calendars you select for availability block conflicts.

Connect

  1. Open Integrations
  2. Choose Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar and complete the provider's secure permission screen
  3. Open the calendar row to choose which calendars block conflicts
  4. Mark the calendar that should receive new bookings as Primary

What syncs

  • Existing events in selected calendars block availability in supported booking channels, including the public link and WhatsApp
  • New assistant bookings are written to the Primary calendar
  • Supported cancellations and reschedules update the linked booking and calendar event

Always test one known-free time and one time that is already busy after changing calendar permissions.

Scheduling horizon

The assistant looks 90 days ahead when offering slots. Past that horizon, clients are pointed to email you for special arrangements — this keeps the calendar manageable and conflict-checking fast.

Disconnect

Use the three-dot menu on the calendar row and choose Disconnect. Existing bookings remain, but new availability checks and calendar writes cannot use that connection until it is restored.
